Insurance
We are an in-network provider for BCBS PPO and BCBS Choice plans. We can work with any insurance, but it may be at your out of network benefits.
We are able to work with out of network patients as well. Patients pay for services upfront and will receive a superbill to submit to their insurance. You will be reimbursed according to your insurance policy's out of network benefits. Cash rates are: $195 for evaluation, $155 for follow-up visits.
Medicare
We are out of network with Medicare and are unable to provide services to those who have Medicare as their primary coverage.
