Insurance
We are an in-network provider for BCBS PPO and BCBS Choice plans.
We are able to work with out of network patients as well. Patients pay for services upfront and will receive a superbill to submit to their insurance. You will be reimbursed according to your insurance policy's out of network benefits.
Cash rates are:
$220 for Evaluation
$185 for Follow-up visits
$255 for Lymphatic Evaluation (90 minutes)
$220 for Lymphatic Drainage Follow-up (90 minutes)
$140 for Massage Therapy
$140 for Private Pilates
$25 Dry Needling per treatment
Medicare
We are out of network with Medicare and are unable to provide services to those who have Medicare as their primary coverage.
